The aim is to seamlessly weave the projects into the daily lives of regular people to help them connect with others and bring local communities and activities closer together. Through a diverse array of projects, local residents including children collaborate with artists, performances are staged in towns, and exchange centres are operated to encourage mingling. In 2020, most of the projects were held online due to COVID-19.Period ;Organised by;Tokyo Metropolitan Government, Arts Council Tokyo (Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture)2016 to 2021(Project started in 2009) 都内各地で活動するNPOとアートプロジェクトを展開することで、その活動をつくる人々が集まる創造的な拠点「アートポイント」を生み出す事業。日常の営みに穏やかに寄り添い、まち・人・活動をつなぐことを目的としています。 多様なプロジェクトを通して、地域住民や子供たちとアーティストとの協働、まちなかでのパフォーマンス、交流拠点の運営などを展開。2020年のコロナ禍では、オンライン開催を中心に事業を実現しました。 開催期間：2016年〜2021年にかけて実施（事業は2009年より実施）主催 ：東京都、公益財団法人東京都歴史文化財団 アーツカウンシル東京118東京アートポイント計画Tokyo Artpoint Project
