142536Oedo-TamasudareTsugaru-jamisen Team OTOHAWith the aim of building momentum for the Tokyo 2020 Games and providing more people with opportunities to spontaneously engage in cultural programmes, eight events were organised for amateur performers from Tokyo in collaboration with private entities.
