1212Aspiring to contribute to promoting understanding of diversity and realising an inclusive and harmonious society, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government has, since fiscal 2018, been holding exhibitions that feature Art Brut works of art to create opportunities for people to encounter diverse creativity and discover new values. Special exhibitions showcasing artists from around the world have toured a number of venues in Tokyo including the Tokyo Shibuya Koen-dori Gallery under the titles, “In a sky full of shining stars, unknown gems can be found.—To feel change and expansion in our universe” in fiscal 2020 and “Unframed -The limitless flight of creativity and imagination” in fiscal 2021.
