Artists and workforce in cultural sector are facing difficulty continuing their creative activities and performances under the circumstance of COVID-19. Needless to say, arts and culture are essential source of Tokyo's appeal, and to encourge the sector to keep developing, we have launched 'Support Programme for Arts and Culture'. We hope this programme could help creative workforce and convey the appeal of Tokyo as a city of culture.

For Individual Artists & Freelancers

This programme aims to support professional artists and cultural practitioners by streaming their video works online, enabling people to enjoy culture from home.

For Stage Performances

This programme aims to support organisation holding online performances with no/limited audience at theatres and halls. Groups and organisations whose performances were cancelled or suspended due to COVID-19 are applicable.
