We will give advice on matters and issues which you have problems with or would like to know more about. Consultation is basicaIIy carried out over the phone. You are also welcomed to visit our office. Consultation is completely free of charge and confidentiality is strictly observed.

Legal Consultation for Foreign Residents at TMG
Tokyo Metropolitan Government provides free legal consultation services for foreign residents (by appointment only). Each consultation will be offered by a lawyer from HOUTERASU (Japan Legal Support Center) with an interpreter.
